Pop Up "Yoga & Handbells"

Enjoy an all levels gentle yoga to heal the body, mind & spirit guided by Sheila. We will finish with a nice long resting posture-Savasana listening to the holiday sounds of handbells. 

I will then bring you back to awareness,  awake and alert to enjoy Ron's performance with these fun bells. 

You will leave not only renewed but, ready with the holiday spirit.

Ron began ringing handbells in 1979, and has been a performer and clinician for Handbell Exploration, HMA (the Handbell Musicians of America), and Solo/Ensemble Extravaganza. A former member of the Philadelphia Handbell Ensemble (and NOW Artistic Director of), he is also a solo handbell artist, and was the featured soloist at the 2019 HMA Area 2 Seminar in Lancaster, PA and the solo ringing clinician at the 2019 HMA National Seminar in St. Louis.
