This workshop is all about resetting and balancing your chakras with restorative yoga poses, sound healing for each chakra, and acupuncture to clear out any blockages and find harmony.

We'll kick off by settling into our serene space and focusing on our breath. From there, we'll glide into a gentle flow and stretch to melt away tension. Next, we'll transition into restorative yoga poses crafted for each of our 7 chakras. As we immerse ourselves in each pose, Sheila will lead us through a brief meditation, followed by sound healing to awaken and reset each chakra one by one.

We'll conclude with a blissful Savasana, while Allison works her magic with acupuncture to unblock energy pathways and find harmony.
