Laura began practicing yoga in 2019 as a way to move her body differently after having her third child. What she learned was much more than how to stretch and flow through poses; she learned how to get out of her mind, connect with her breath, and come home to her body. Yoga was also an essential support for her, as it was for so many, throughout the pandemic. Her practice offered her some peace of mind and perspective that helped carry her through these turbulent years. In 2021, Laura decided to embark on her 200-hour YTT certification with Kate Goodyear at Nectar Yoga Studio in Phoenixville. This comprehensive training allowed her to deepen her practice as well as to share the life-changing benefits of yoga with others. Yoga unites mind, body, and spirit, and Laura’s classes will aim to leave you feeling balanced both on and off the mat.
