Janine has been teaching beginner series for years and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable and confident.

Taking it back to the basics in a friendly and fun atmosphere. This is a 4 week series-every Thursday 9/15; 9/22, 9/29, 10/6 from 6pm-7pm. The entire series is only $80. When finished you will be ready to handle a group yoga class. Keeping that in mind we are offering a 5 class card for only $10/per class.
