"Intentional Wish Jars" (sometimes called spell jars) are essentially a way of capturing your intentions in a bottle. Whether you’re looking to create more harmony and balance in your life, need a little more  luck on your side, or maybe want to strengthen your emotional resilience— you can create a wish jar (or spell jar) to help manifest that intention!

We will begin with an all levels gentle yoga flow led by Sheila incorporating yoga poses and stretch to awaken our energy for summertime.

During this time you will be asked to think about what kind of energy you want to bring into your life this summer!

Now that our energy is focused and mindful on summer I will turn it over to Dara.
