So excited to say I will be renting the large studio at BRV for my Tuesdays 6pm-7pm class. This will begin on Tuesday/July 7th. Maximum number of attendees will be 14. What will practice look like with Covid?

*Please stay home if you are showing any symptoms of being sick.

*Please bring your own mats. Markers will be on floor for mat placement to socially distance.

*Must wear mask from car to mat & mat to car. Once on mat with social distance in place, you may remove the mask to practice.

*Temperature scanned as you enter the studio.

*Hand sanitizer will be available to enter/exit studio.

*Must sign waiver. You can sign electronically or print out and bring with you. I will have extra if you forget.

*No water cooler available. Please bring your own water.  

How to pay?

"Free Tickets" are used strictly as a sign up list and payment is still required. 

*Already have a class card? Register here and sign up with a free ticket. No need to do anything more. 

*Need to pay? Payment to Yoga With Sheila K. will remain in effect. Paypal/Venmo/Credit Card/Cash

$10 drop in        5 class card-$45     10 class card-$85

Wednesdays 6pm @ Kimberton Park-2202 Kimberton Road in Phoenixville (5 teacher rotation)

Thursdays 6pm @ Reservoir Park-320 Franklin Avenue in Phoenixville. I will always teach (unless on vacation)

Sundays 10am-11:30am Yoga/Meditation HIkes with me and Megan Riley @ Reservoir Park for July (August TBA)

More indoor classes will be offered if I find a need and time slot that works.
