Pop Up-Monday November 4th 6pm-7pm (regular class time)

Enjoy an all levels yoga class utilizing restorative poses with props (bolster/blocks/blankets) to stretch, calm and relax the body. All while enjoying the soothing healing sounds of Electric Violinist & Composer-Caryn Lin.

We will finish with a long Savasana (final resting posture) as Caryn takes us away to a magical place with her music.

Bio

Caryn Lin is a classically trained violinist who became an innovative electric violinist. Her music is described simply as Magical & Mesmerizing, like Light Traveling Thru A Prism. It is the transcendent marriage between melody & atmosphere. The Cherry Hill, NJ native studied with Philadelphia Orchestra’s Larry Grika, & went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in violin performance from Northwestern University. After graduation she studied for a brief period in Germany with violin virtuoso Suzanne Lautenbacher.
