This is our regular Monday 6pm class but, with the soothing sounds and vocals of Anna Cephas.

Join us for an all levels super chill restorative yoga session. Starting with an easy stretch and flow before settling into our resting postures being supported by bolsters/blocks/& blankets.

All while enjoying the beautiful acoustic guitar and soulful voice of Anna.

Who is Anna:

Anna Cephas is a board-certified music therapist who specializes in end of life and bereavement support. Anna received her M.A. in Music Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University in 2020. In addition to her work as a music therapist, Anna is a singer/songwriter who has released four albums and one EP (under the name Anna Spackman), and is passionate about creating music that guides us through tough and tender moments.
