Enjoy an all levels gentle yoga with restorative poses to heal the body, mind & spirit. We will finish with a nice long resting posture-Savasana listening to the holiday sounds of handbells. 

I will then bring you back to awareness, awake and alert to enjoy Ron's performance with these fun bells. 

You will leave not only renewed but, ready with the holiday spirit.

Ron Bellamy began ringing handbells in 1979, and has been a performer and clinician for Handbell Exploration, HMA (the Handbell Musicians of America), and Solo/Ensemble Extravaganza. A former member of the Philadelphia Handbell Ensemble (and NOW Artistic Director of), he is also a solo handbell artist, and was the featured soloist at the 2019 HMA Area 2 Seminar in Lancaster, PA and the solo ringing clinician at the 2019 HMA National Seminar in St. Louis. Ron is presently directing two handbell choirs at two Lancaster area churches, and he has directed the Bucknell University Rooke Chapel Ringers on several occasions in Dr. William Payn's absence. He has conducted several massed ringing festivals, including the Nittany Valley Handbell Festival, the Webster NY ChallengeRing and the Western PA Handbell Festival.  A graduate of the University of Scranton and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, his full-time employment is in the field of accounting and finance. Striving to further the art of handbell ringing by performing concerts and teaching workshops.

I am thrilled to have him play for us during our yoga session; helping us get into the holiday vibe.
