Enjoy an all levels gentle yoga with restorative poses to heal the body, mind & spirit. We will finish with a nice long resting posture-Savasana listening to the holiday sounds of handbells. 

I will then bring you back to awareness, awake and alert to enjoy Ron's performance with these fun bells.

Ron Bellamy began ringing handbells in 1979, and has been a performer and clinician for Handbell Exploration, HMA (the Handbell Musicians of America), and Solo/Ensemble Extravaganza. A former member of the Philadelphia Handbell Ensemble (and NOW Artistic Director of), he is also a solo handbell artist, and was the featured soloist at the 2019 HMA Area 2 Seminar in Lancaster, PA and the solo ringing clinician at the 2019 HMA National Seminar in St. Louis.
