What could be better than a very chill, relaxing yoga class while getting a massage?? Nothing!!

There will be no more than 5 bodies per massage therapist, 

assuring quality attention while restoring in Yin Yoga Poses!!

I took this workshop while on vacation in Quebec and loved it. Immediately wanted to bring it to my yoga family. The first 30 minutes will be a very gentle stretch and flow-just to bring awareness to your mat. We will transition into Yin Yoga Poses being held for 3-5 minutes. This is where the REAL HEALING begins. While chilling in the pose a massage therapist (no more than 5 bodies per therapist) will melt away your stress and worries. While restoring the body and releasing the muscles-you can get in tune with that healing stillness in the mind. This is where you get to hit that Re-Set button and take time for YOU!!

A lavender eye mask will be offered after the therapists assist you into Savasana.
