Sound for the Soul
Reset your vibration for the new year with Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing. 2020 Vision for the Soul!
Time & Location
2020 Vision for the Soul! Raise your vibration! Bathe yourself in sound!
The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease. Healing processes are initiated through raising the vibration of our brainwaves to synchronize with the perfect resonance of the bowls.
We will begin with discussing the scientific benefits of Tibetan Bowls and a gentle stretch. Being supported by bolsters and blocks Pam will lead everyone in a very therapeutic YIn Yoga practice which helps the body completely relax and renew while holding resting postures for 3-5 minutes in length. During this time Andy will soothe the mind with sounds of Himilayan Singing Bowls. Transitioning to a very long soothing Savasana/Bowl Concert both Andy and Pam will utilize the bowls for healing which involves one large bowl being placed directly on the back of the body to aid in balancing the chakras and healing the spirit-SOLD OUT! There is another option to participate in the workshop and enjoy all the benefits but, you will NOT have the bowls placed directly on the body for individual healing. This option will be reduced to $25/per person-still enjoying the yoga practice with yin postures while listening to the singing bowls and benefiting from the savasana bowl concert.
Pam Urbas is a Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher, who teaches Yin Yoga, and is a Reiki Master. Pam and Andy Duchovnay are certified Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Healers, who were trained in Nepali traditional techniques by Master Shree Krishna Shahi, in Kathmandu, Nepal.
There are only 10 spots for the bowls to be placed directly on you for individual healing, so register early!! This is SOLD OUT!
An additional option has been added-only 5 spots left for participating in the workshop but, NO bowls will be placed on the body!
We want to make sure time and attention is given to everyone.
