Soul Collage® is a satisfying, fun and creative collage process created by Seena Frost connecting art, soul and journey. As you engage in creative play, you make your own cards, each one representing one aspect of your personality.  You then can use the cards intuitively to contemplate life’s questions and enhance self-discovery. Similar to tarot cards but, these are specific for you. Participants will learn and practice the basics to create Soul Collage® cards during the workshop. No art experience is necessary and all materials will be provided. Come awaken your Inner Wisdom!!

Due to the time frame- this workshop will be focused on making one SouCollage® card, specific to one aspect of your personality. We will begin by centering the body and mind with some gentle breathing, stretch and mindfulness. Teresa will then guide you to use your intuitive spirit and get in tune with one part of your personality.

Teresa Knipper is a certified SoulCollage® Facilitator and Spiritual Director. Teresa has a curiosity about how the inner journey can be expressed and explored through intuitive art such as SoulCollage®, mandalas, art journaling and poetry writing. It is her deepest joy to share her passion with others. She received her Spiritual Direction certification at the Upper Room Spiritual Center in Neptune, NJ, became a SoulCollage® facilitator in 2017, has attended the Awakening the Creative Spirit training with Christine Valters Paintner and Betsey Beckman and completed training in Contemplative Leadership through Oasis Ministries.
