Gentle Yoga - 6 - 6:45pm

Lorraine will guide the gentle stretch, flow and yin yoga to calm the body. Transitioning into meditaion and complete surrender for the body and mind.

Meditation on Relaxation - 6:45 - 6:55pm, during this time Rich will "match the music to the moment"-intuitively playing so class participants can withdraw inward, away from their senses. There will be a pause for moments of silence. The silence after a sound is just as important, if not more so than the sound that precluded it.
