*Tools For Empowerment-This group retreat session will focus specifically on the tools necessary to effectively deal with your emotions in a healthy way and gain perspective on your life’s challenges. Learning how to utilize breath, meditation and positive affirmation to enrich our lives and to provide balance and centering, while also letting go of outdated, dogmatic beliefs that prevent us from experiencing the richness of ourselves and others.

*Vortex: Heart Awakening-Yoga/Hike/Meditation-This session creates a pathway of un-conditional love and light toward one’s self and all existence. Using the power of vibration to activate and heal, you will feel the essence of your soul and come into the remembrance of your own divinity. The session takes place out on the land and is about reconnecting the heart with the powerful forces of Nature. This connection calls forth the remembrance of all things in the universe and how they interact to provide support and love. You are part of all things beautiful. Discover how to fully open your heart and surrender into peace.

*Sedona Star Gazing- is pleased to offer you a personalized and custom astronomy experience by professional astronomers. Your tour includes an overview of the constellations using a high power laser pointer. We then give you an up close view of planets, galaxies, star clusters and nebula through one of our large powerful telescopes. Our astronomers are exceptionally knowledgeable and provide you with an educational and entertaining experience. Chairs, blankets and oversized parka jackets for adults are provided. Sedona Stargazing has received the Award of Excellence 7 years in a row from TripAdvisor resulting in our induction into the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame. We have been featured in National Geographic and the New York Times and ranked by TripAdvisor as one of the top 10 Space Based Attractions in the entire United States.

• Up until January 15th-50% refund will be given if spot is not filled.
• After January 15th no refunds will be given if spot is not filled.
• However, every attempt to fill the spot will be taken by both myself and the person cancelling.

Oh!  Magical Sedona! A land of sweeping sandstone vistas and mystical  vortexes has been the inspiration for film and print and now a culinary  genius as well! In the Village of Oak Creek at the entrance to Sedona, a  well known Chef has taken residence near the world-famous Chapel of the  Holy Cross.  Surrounded by the breathtaking red rocks that have  inspired so many, Chef has channeled his creativity into assembling a  fully equipped kitchen any foodie would love. Enjoy your family in this open air living space from kitchen, to living room, to dining room. He  even has a rice cooker and a tea kettle to go with a full complement of  cookware! And, you never know what Chef will leave as your SWEET TREAT!  The home is a four bedroom with a bonus room and has 2 and a half baths.  Pull out sofa's in both the living room and the den, add additional  sleeping, as well as a twin pull out chair in the Master bedroom.  Fabulous outdoor dining area, conversation pits, Meditation Garden, Al  Fresco dining patios and fire pit for your chilly eves! This lovely  vacation rental comes with exclusive access to Poco Diablo Resort pool,  Jacuzzi, golf, spa, restaurants, etc. Each guest will have access to the  resort with a privilege card for you and 5 of your guests.
