Join Ally Antonini for a "Restorative & Thai Bodywork" workshop. 

Tuesday July 19th 6pm-7:30pm $30 

Thai Yoga is a therapeutic practice that combines yoga, meditation,  stretching and massage. During this workshop students will experience the calming and relaxing postures of Restorative Yoga (resting yoga poses utilizing bolsters and other props for optimal relaxation). Each posture will be held for several minutes while the practitioner works one on one with each student to increase flexibility and mobility. You will leave this workshop completely relaxed and renewed physicaly, mentally and spiritually. 

Students are asked to wear socks and long pants.

During this practice, hands on assists and massage will be performed
