This is our regular Monday 6pm Restorative Class with the addition of Acupuncture during our meditation.

Enjoy an all levels stretch and flow followed by resting postures being held for 2-4 minutes (Restorative Yoga).

The body will be supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets to allow the body to completely surrender.

We will finish with a guided meditation while Joanne offers acupuncture for overall wellness.

Traditional Chinese medicine views the body as having an internal energy called Qi (pronounced "chee"). This Qi flows along pathways called meridians, and acupuncture aims to restore balance to this flow when it's disrupted. 

Restorative yoga, meditation and acupuncture will bring balance to your Qi and harmony to your mind.
