About the Event
Hosted by: Yoga With Sheila K. & Phoenixville Parks and Recs dance/yoga camp for kids ages 6-12.
We will utilize dance, yoga, crafts, games, team work, breath and mindfulness throughout the week, for a balanced body, mind and spirit. Finishing up with a parent presentation to show our loved ones everything we have learned and crafted. Themes to include gratitude, kindness, friends, courage, awareness, and more. No experience necessary. Kids broken up into appropriate age groups with camp helpers. Helping children become more aware and mindful-all while having fun!!
